Ground floor flat

The room is comfortable and clean and has been recently redecorated. It is situated directly as you walk in the flat so tucked nicely away from the living area.

The room is currently unfurnished (see pic) however will have basic requirements covered before tenant moves in.. double bed, drawer space etc (can remain unfurnished if tenant prefers to bring own furnishings)

The room Is situated just across the hall from the shared bathroom which has been recently decorated.

The flat is situated within a small quiet village with local amenities only a 5minute walk away and transport links directly into Brighton. Also lucky enough to be right at the bottom of the South Downs!

Quiet friendly home, occasionally look after my parents small dog, no other furry guests. My partner is a musician so spends a lot of time away but is very noise responsible when home. Generally, we are a pretty laid back and are respectful of people’s privacy and beliefs.

Bills are included in the monthly rent which should be payable by bank transfer or direct debit. Meals are not included. Would be happy to let tenant use the kitchen and dining area to prepare and eat meals and for them to have reasonable use of the washing machine, when required.

Work and character references will be required.
