Lovely new carpet’s and decor

This is a private downstairs room, newly decorated and furnished with brand-new carpet, it is a single bed so adds more space, but it is a double size room and it has beautiful views of the South Downs and small private bathroom; plus use of a big kitchen and upstairs has power shower amenities. I do have five cats and they do spend time in the kitchen and conservatory area as they are not allowed in the rest of the house; so it does need to be someone that doesn’t mind cats jumping up on to the work surface sometimes, but the house is kept tidy and clean. Plenty of spray bleach in the kitchen to use for the work surfaces. Lovely peaceful place and privately owned land opposite for walks and reflection / enjoyment. Places to sit and enjoy the view privately on the landlords land.
