Lovely rooms to rent

2 rooms. The big double room is in use but could be swapped over with the single room if the double kingsize bed was preferred but that’s another 150 a month as it’s a bigger main master bedroom right next to the bathroom with power shower and view of downs

The downstairs room is big too and newly decorated and furnished with brand-new carpet and lovely furniture, it is a single bed tho, so there’s more space, but it is a double size room and it has beautiful views of the South Downs too and small bathroom; plus use of a lovely kitchen (bathroom right next to it) and upstairs nice shower amenities included. I do have five cats and they do spend a lot of time in the kitchen and conservatory area as they are not allowed in the rest of the house; so it does need to be someone that doesn’t mind cats jumping up on to the work surface sometimes, but the house is kept tidy and clean. Plenty of spray bleach in the kitchen to use for the work surfaces. Would suit someone who goes out of the house to work for normal full time working hours.
