Looking for a room that's small, quiet, but with plenty of storage space? A a sanctuary to retreat to, after a day's work? Then this room could be perfect for you.

It's a lovely double room, in a friendly family home, with a comfy double bed, great armchair to relax, dressing table, a huge shelving unit and a double fitted wardrobe. The room overlooks a large, secluded garden, where you can sit and enjoy reading or relaxing and is set in the Sussex countryside, with green and fields all around.

The living room has a smart TV and cross trainer. Perfect for your exercising whilst watching the TV. The kitchen is fully fitted and has a dishwasher and microwave. You'll have your own cupboard and shelf in the fridge and the washing machine is in a utility room just off the kitchen.

The household consists of a working couple, two professional female house-mates and occasional family members.

This room is ideal if you're a professional lady, who works during the week, and wants a relaxed, happy home, with people who are considerate, clear up after themselves, and like a bit of peace and quiet after 10 pm in the evenings.

If you're sociable and friendly, but also like your own space, this could be the ideal home for you.

The house is in a rural location so you'll need your own transport. Parking is provided.

All bills are included including unlimited broadband. One month's deposit is required. The minimum stay is three months and the contract is renewable on a monthly basis. However, it would be good if you are looking for a longer term rent.

Your friends and family would be welcome - this will be your home, just let us know in advance. However, no partners overnight please.
