Available for rent immediately is my spare room on a Monday to Friday basis. The property is located off a main road and therefore is only really suitable for drivers. There is very limited access to public transport within walking distance however is a great location for drivers with easy access to Gatwick Airport, M23 / M25, Dorking and Brighton.

The property is situated on a semi working farm. Please be warned that it is located down a muddy track so you and your vehicle must be comfortable with this. The property itself is a basic but comfortable bungalow. It comprises two bedrooms, a bathroom and an open plan living and kitchen area. Please note we only have a bath - no shower. The bedroom comes fully furnished and you have full access to the well equipped kitchen.

The property is currently occupied by myself and my girlfriend, both of us being working professionals. We work in London during the week so are generally out the house 6am-8pm giving you plenty of space. We are looking for a laid back, friendly and sociable individual that is looking for something basic on a Monday to Friday let.
