We have a two large double rooms available now. Located in the picturesque village of Warninglid, only a few miles away from both Haywards Heath and Crawley, and super easy access to the A23 to London, Brighton and Gatwick (7-10mins away).
The house is set in a 5 acre plot, and is a privately gated country home with luscious gardens. There is ample parking on a large secure gravel driveway and any new tenant will need to drive. The rooms are not suitable for couples.
I'm looking for a professional person who is, clean tidy and friendly to move in.
The rent is £750 for the largest room and £700 for the other double (which is still large!) will include all bills and fibre optic wifi. The rooms are mostly unfurnished although one had a double bed and wardrobe.
