MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH SMALL DOGS
Friendly, family home - share kitchen and bathroom - living room quite small so not ideal to share. The room is actually double sized but with a comfortable single divan bed (drawers underneath). There is a reclining armchair overlooking the tranquil garden, and a kettle, small fridge, wardrobe and chest of drawers. We are kind people - I have taken early retirement and enjoy walking our dogs, my garden, reading, some films and baking.
Because of the rural location, car ownership would be preferable.
Interested persons must be clean and respectful of others and in full-time employment (37/40 hour week), and like dogs.
