The property is 20 minutes from the coast. 10 minutes from Chichester town centre. 400 yards to local college, open air museum close by, local shops, pub, situated ideally for all goodwood events. Only 20 minutes from the coast. There is also a bike route and bus stop just outside run every 20 minutes.
The room itself has a lovely outlook and contains a double bed, units, airing cupboard. The bathroom is just next door, and is only shared with myself.
Local pub! The Dean. Lovely large garden in beautiful scenic setting. I grow fresh vegetables in the garden and you are welcome to help yourself.
