Everything in the room was new (Now 6 months old), bed, New chest of draws, New Desk, New 40" tv
The bedding, i. e., Bed covers, Duvet and Pillows all brand new and come with the room (When my tenant moves out on the 16th i will get new bedding)
Whole flat has just been refurbished
5 min walk to West Worthing train station
`15 walk to the beach or town
£875 per month and £875 deposit.
To move in must pay first months rent £875 and deposit £875 £1750 total
Must give 1 month notice to leave.
