The room is bright and spacious and fully furnished with wardrobe, storage units a table and chair, there's also a small kitchenette area perfect for making hot drinks and snacks. There's a shared shower room and two toilets, shared use of the kitchen, with washing machine, microwave, and tumble dryer. The property has off road parking, and we also have a bike shed. The bungalow is in a very quiet close, near to Marine gardens and the beach. It takes around 15min to walk into town and the 700 bus route is a short walk away. West Worthing train station is approximately 10min walk. We have a lovely garden with a lawn and patio and BBQ.
We are a couple and also share our home with a lovely older dog, who loves people. Ideally we would be looking for someone who's quite independent and likes to chat but is also happy doing their own thing. Also a dog lover is a must!
