We are a quiet block of only 12 flats which would suit a more mature professional female who does not work from home or very little as I am retired and spend a lot of time at home. Single occupancy only, sorry no couples.

There is a communal garden with a seat facing the sea and beach. Sorry no BBQs but the beach is just across the road.

Only visitors can park in the very small car park but parking is free on the sea front and surrounding roads. Currently I don’t have a car so there is a possibility of use of the garage but only for a small car and definitely not for storage.

Good bus links to Brighton in the east and Littlehampton in the west and all points in between. Bus stops right outside. West Worthing station is a 10-15 min walk away.

Local shops 5-10 min walk away and town centre one mile along the promenade.
