A large size double bedroom to rent in a 3-bed house, access to all amenities, washing machine, broadband, garden, etc.


There are 3 indoor cats who must never leave the house other than the secure garden. Looking for someone who loves animals, they have access to the whole house (of course you’re welcome to keep your door closed), they are very curious and love to cuddle.

The room is a large and the sunniest of them all, has a large built in wardrobe, double bed with Emma mattress, 1x chest of drawers, a sofa (it will be moved to the living room so a space for a desk will be available), 2 bedside tables, a bookcase.

Deposit of £750 (single occupant) or £1100 (a couple) is required.
