It is 10 minutes drive to Haywards Heath and around 35 minutes to Gatwick Airport. Brighton is just a short hop across The Downs.

The barn boasts a sleek bathroom with a huge walk-in shower; an open plan lounge and dining room with double height ceiling; and a kitchenette. The four poster, king-sized bed is on a mezzanine above the lounge. There is also a king-sized sofa bed.

The barn has its own courtyard and looks over ponds and quiet lawns. It is surrounded by ancient oak trees.

There is plenty of space for car parking on the gravel drive in front of the barn.

We are looking for a quiet and professional tenant; pets are welcome within reason and as long as they are social as we have pets of our own and small children.
