Double room

Looking for a friendly, positive people to join the house. A female is preferred, but would consider a professional male.
I currently have one lovely lodger, who is into wildlife and nature.
There are two roo. s available. The double room is light and airy. There is double bed, desk and chair, a hanging space for clothes and storage.
The single has a small double, hanging space and storage. The cost is £500 pm.
The vibe here is friendly, calm and laid back. We are both tidy and respectful and would be looking for the same qualities in anyone that joins the house
I work part-time as a school teacher at a local school.
The house is 4 minutes walk away from West Worthing station (direct to Brighton, Chichester and London) and a bus stop about 3 minutes away. There are some great little bars, pubs/micro bars, two fab coffee shops nearby, post office and a handy Co-op, and the launderette (for quick drying) is 3 minutes walk away.
Anyone joining us needs to love animals. A friendly dog and cat live here too.
