Lovely new build in West Worthing 6 minutes drive from Goring Beach.

We have a light and airy, fully furnished double room available that is well proportioned, situated at the front of the house.

On the ground floor there is a lounge, downstairs toilet and kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is fully fitted with gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

On the first floor is your room, and a bathroom with power shower. Tom (other housemate) lives on the first floor also.

The house is situated within a 2 minute walk to Tesco Extra and has bus/rail links to Worthing Centre, Brighton and London. Durrington Station is closest and runs direct to London Victoria as well as Brighton.

There is free parking on the drive in front of the house also.

The rent includes all bills (gas, electric, broadband and council tax).

In a previous life I made a living in music, hence the piano and saxophone. But I am now about to start a medicine degree in September to become a doctor. I also love to cook and socialise with friends/family.

Tom is a food scientist who works as a product developer in a cake factory! Very chilled out and friendly.

We are looking to live with someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of the space. We are sociable, friendly guys looking to share the house with someone similar. Would be great to hang and share a beer or two.

Any green fingered folk are very welcome to help in the veg patch... it is currently not planted up!
