The accommodation is on the sea front in Worthing, on Brighton Road. You have sole use of a furnished large double bedroom with direct access to the back garden through patio doors.
The house is calm and relaxed. The two people living here are friendly, kind and considerate, we both work (not home-based) and respect other people's space and lifestyle.
In addition to your large room, you also have use of a bathroom with a shower, kitchen and lounge, these are shared with one other professional person. There is also a front and back garden to relax in and maybe watch the salad veggies grow.
There's off-road parking, some storage space in the garage/cellar. Included in the rent are broadband and all bills.
