Newly redecorated large home in the lovely High Salvington area which is within Worthing. Really peaceful and friendly neighbourhood, friendly and big parks nearby with parking.

2 double with a shared bathroom with bath and shower / with Fibre Broadband / New radiators / Entertainment System / kitchen / Dining room / Table Tennis Table / Dartboard / Piano / Pool Table and a Large New Gazebo & Firepit for the garden fun in the summer! More than happy to share with all mod cons. Also, huge amount of space in the new extension as this is now an additional lounge which faces the well designed garden.

Please note the video is a couple years old, the main difference between then and now is that I have knocked out the double glass sliding doors near the kitchen downstairs area to open even more floor space. I love it, so more than spacious enough to share, have fun living and have enough space for all housemates :)

I have currently two respectful, friendly, and funny housemate here and we all work full time.

All rooms have been decorated to a high standard, with new radiators and USB plug sockets installed for your extra convenience. All upstairs rooms have locks to for your own privacy and safety.

Each room can either be provided furnished or unfurnished which I am happy to discuss with loads of space in the loft if this helps you. (if you have extras).

Have a large driveway for plenty of parking with easy access to Brighton and London and more importantly the beach, oh yes!
