Single Room Worthing- Friendly, Tidy Houseshare

The House:

We have a 4 bedroom house in a lovely, peaceful area of East Worthing. 10 minutes walk from Worthing town center, Worthing hospital and Worthing train station.

The shared living spaces include…

Kitchen with plenty of storage space, a large fridge freezer and washing machine.
Sunny conservatory, perfect for reading and board games.
Comfy lounge.
Large garden with herb beds and a BBQ.

We have two toilets and one bathroom in the house. We’ve recently had a new boiler installed so the water pressure in the shower is glorious. We've also got a cleaner who comes once every fortnight to clean to communal areas.

We keep our home clean and tidy. Pets are occasionally around, including a golden lab called Nimbus. Plenty of on-street parking.

The Room:

We've got two rooms available, but we're only willing to rent out one of them - feel free to enquire about whichever room you think would suit you best.

1. Single room on 1st floor. Furnished with single bed, wardrobe & drawers, over bed shelving & sliding door to maximise space (£550 pcm).

2. Cabin/Annex: Furnished with double bed, sofa, wardrobes, coffee table. It's got its own shower, and a kitchenette area. Accessible through the garden. It's a really lovely space for the right person, basically a little studio (£650 pcm).

The People:

We are 3 professionals who enjoy each others company and also respect each other’s personal space and quiet time. We use the communal living spaces regularly. Hobbies include board games, reading, fitness, and gardening.

The Ideal Lodger:

We are looking for another single professional to share with who likes being in a clean and tidy environment, enjoy other people's company and are respectful of others.

The Details:

Rent is including all bills. (incl. Council tax, wi-fi, water, gas, electric.)

We will require a reference, one months rent in advance, plus deposit.
