Double room in spacious flat

Hi!

I am looking for someone to take over my double room in a large 2 bedroom flat in Worthing. Unfortunately due to moving jobs, I am having to relocate. I have loved living at this flat, my housemate is great and the location is good. It is right near West Worthing train station so ideal for commuting or there is free parking if you drive. There is a garden which is great for summer evenings.

My housemate is very chilled and the place is kept clean and tidy. She is sociable but also respects having her own own space.

The room can come part furnished or the furniture can be removed if you have your own.

We rent through a lettings agents so you would need to pass reference checks.
