I’ve recently moved into the area and looking for someone to share my charming, cosy house. Fantastic location in a quiet area just 5 mins walk from both Worthing and West Worthing stations with excellent connections to London, Brighton, Portsmouth etc. Lots of local amenities – quirky bars, artisan shops, cafes, takeaways – and just 15-20 mins walk into the town centre. There is free street parking and it’s a 5 min drive to the main A27 for commuters plus numerous retail outlets, large supermarkets etc within easy reach

The room is lovely and fully furnished with 2 double wardrobes (including shelf space), comfy double bed plus chest of drawers and TV stand. Shared space includes dining room, bathroom and newly fitted kitchen with washer / dryer, There is a small south facing garden with a patio and shed for a bike etc if required.

Rent includes all bills - high speed fibre optic broadband, all utilities and council tax.

I am 29 and work full time as a Wedding and Events Planner near Chichester. I am looking for a similar professional person who is easy going, respectful of personal space and happy to keep shared spaces clean and tidy. I look forward to meeting you!
