Huge double room with ensuite bathroom

I have a super double room available in my penthouse apartment.

My kids stay alternate weekends so you will need to keep this in mind (although I am often away at the weekends with them).

The bedroom (brand new king-size bed and mattress) and bathroom are both huge with loads of storage space.

There is a large modern kitchen and living area with a West facing balcony.

It's a great location (Grand Avenue). The bus stop is just outside (with no.300 serving central Worthing and Brighton), the beach is on the doorstep and there are plenty of shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away
