Seeking lodger in family home - Double ensuite

Double Room With Ensuite - Own Floor!

Our large Victorian house is a few minutes walk from Worthing station and it's a 10-minute walk to town, making it very central. My daughter (11 years) and I live in the property.

We are seeking a lodger for our double attic room. It is on its own floor with a bathroom with bath and a separate shower for your exclusive use. The room comes furnished with a double bed, desk, clothes rail, chest of drawers, bedside drawers and bookshelf.

The house has a large dining room, kitchen and a lounge downstairs.

Primarily, this is a family home and so the lounge is a space reserved for my daughter and me, but the garden, kitchen, dining room and laundry room are all shared and we often end up all socialising around dinnertime.

All bills are included and you may apply for a parking permit for the street.

The property would suit a professional and could be a good fit for a shift worker also. Work from home applicants are welcome, as I work from home too and you'd be welcome to work in the dining room should you wish.

Must be pet-friendly as our home has a small Labrador dog too. Couples will not be considered as we don't wish to overcrowd the house.
