Our large Victorian house is between Worthing Library and the station, making it very central. My daughter (11 years) and I live in the property and we have one other lodger (female).
We are seeking a lodger for our unfurnished double attic room. It is on its own floor with a bathroom with bath and separate shower for your exclusive use. The house has a large dining room and kitchen and a lounge downstairs.
Primarily, this is a family home and so the lounge is a space reserved for my daughter and me, but the garden, kitchen, and laundry room are all shared and we often end up all socialising around dinnertime.
All bills are included and you may apply for a parking permit for the street.
The property would suit a professional and could be a good fit for a shift worker also. Work from home applicants are welcome, as I work from home too and you'd be welcome to work in the dining room should you wish.
Must be pet-friendly as our home has a Labrador dog too. Couples will not be considered as we don't wish to overcrowd the house.
