The property is a 2 bed apartment in Worthing sea front, only a few minutes walk from the pier and shops. The Bus stop is right on the front of the property.

The apartment has been renovated , fresh painted, new carpet , completed new kitchen, with all the appliances , including washing machine and a fridge.

The flat is very bright and clean. If you are an early bird you can catch the sunrise. ☀️

You will be sharing only with me. I am really tidy and easy going. I like to socialise some times but I love my own company and my own space. Is not a party house, is very peaceful and I would like to keep this way.

My new house mate needs feel at home as it’s a lovely home not just a house share.

I am looking for someone tidy and respectful, it’s very important that we can get along and fell comfortable with each other.
