Huge Living Room

I am renting out rooms in my lovely cosy house, not far from West Worthing station. On-street parking is free.

The house has a huge living room, the best one you'll ever find in a shared house, with three very comfy sofas, a large smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube etc., a dining table, a piano and a fire. The kitchen is very modern and includes a washing machine and dishwasher. There is a nice garden with a summerhouse at the back of the house. There is a luxury new shower room, a bathroom and a downstairs toilet. All rooms have dehumidifiers.

Worthing has some of the hardest water in the country. However, we have a water softener which means that you'll have really smooth hair and skin after showering and don't need to use as much shampoo. We also have a drinking water tap with lovely filtered water.

All bills are included, including really good heating and a professional cleaner to clean the communal areas. She can also clean your room too for an additional charge if you want. We have very fast Wi-Fi.

I've done everything I can think of to make this an amazing, luxurious place to live and it certainly stands out above any other shared house. And I am always open to suggestions from the residents on how to improve it further. I even buy luxury individually wrapped toilet rolls to make it feel as though you're staying in a hotel.

All bedroom doors are lockable.

I am vegan as I am against animal abuse. As such, no animal "products" (including meat, fish, dairy, eggs and honey) are allowed in the house. Companion animals are welcome as long as they are not fed animals. Andrew Knight has proved that cats and dogs can thrive on plants and the life of every animal matters the same so it does not make sense to murder other animals to feed them.
