I have double room to rent in a quiet house. I need professional or student who look after the room and what he or she use , clean it straight away and respect every body privacy. The rent is for single occupancy and no guests and visitors allowed. There is free parking on the street and strickly no parking included with the room. Bathroom is next to the room. There is kitchen in the house which is clean but you have to bring your stuff to use and not allowed to use other people plates and other stuff in the kitchen.
