Quiet reliable lodger required

Lodger bedroom

We are looking to rent out our spare double room located in our family home.

Included within the price is a bathroom with walk in shower, which is located opposite the bedroom, predominately for the use of the lodger. We have another bathroom for our use on a separate floor. There is a shared lounge and dining room which will be available for use in the evenings and weekends. All bills and WiFi are included within the cost. Parking space on driveway included in price. Anytime access to the kitchen and use of all appliances is also included.

About us.
We are a same sex female couple with a child. Also included in our home are two friendly house cats. We have a bedroom for us/child on our own level away from spare room, allowing for private living spaces.

What we are looking for is a quiet professional who will respect our family home. Due to the cats being house cats we do need to find someone mindful to that to ensure they don’t allow the cats to try and shoot out a window or door.

We have had lodgers for many years and guarantee that our lodgers are treated well and we are always very respectful towards people who share our home as understand that for the time they are with us it is also their home too.
