Looking for someone chilled and tidy, preferably someone who works full time and doesn’t work from home.
The house is a good walking distance from most places in Worthing:
Train station: 5mins
Town: 10mins
Beach: 15mins
Hospital: between 15/20mins
Local shop: 3mins
I have a small rescue dog, she’s super sweet and probably won’t bother you (unless you want her to).
The house has most amenities including, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom is downstairs and there’s no bath.
I’m super independent and enjoy my own space, but happy to chat and make friends.
I’d consider short term let’s/Monday to Friday and potentially someone with a dog.
Whilst the room is currently furnished (minus bedding), I’m happy if someone wants to bring their own furniture in. If furnished, would come with a new mattress 😎
