Lovely single room in clean and respectful home.

I have a lovely single room available immediately. My house is very central, yet nice and quiet. It’s close to the hospital so would suit NHS staff and I would also welcome a Monday to Friday guest. (Discounts available for both).
I live here with one other roommate . I like to keep a clean and tidy house and am respectful of others. I only refurbished the property a couple of years ago so everything is in good order. The shared spaces consist of a large shower room with power shower, bidet w/c, wash hand basin. The living room has modern sofas, dining table for four people, t. v. The kitchen is contemporary and fully fitted with storage cupboards, granite worktops, oven, induction hob, large American Fridge Freezer, kettle, toaster, blender and all utensils, cutlery, cookware and crockery. The house had gas central heating and double glazed windows and a lovely courtyard garden.
