One Bed Annexe in Tarring, West Worthing

Our little annexe is available again from the end of March.

It’s a small and humble abode - just a galley kitchen, a sitting room and a bedroom with a toilet and a shower, but it’s really cosy, and it opens up onto our lovely big garden. It’s available furnished or unfurnished.

The annexe is attached to our house, but you’ll have your own entrance and front door.

We’re in the pretty conservation area of Tarring, directly opposite the park. It’s just a six minute walk to West Worthing station with excellent links to Brighton & London, and you’ll be a twenty minute stroll away from the (very lovely) beach.

There’s free and ample (street) parking outside and nearby.

Excellent WiFi.

Even though on paper it’s a property for only one person, it was previously rented to a gorgeous young couple who squeezed themselves in happily enough - so couples are more than welcome to get in touch.

£800 per month, plus council tax (£90 for a single person and £120 for a couple), and electricity.
