I am looking for a professional person to share my newly renovated studio. The flat is spacious with high 3 metre ceilings. Everything is brand new with custom-made furniture.

• Main Room: Very bright with a new TV, a sofa bed, and a unique floating bed above it.
• Storage: Lots of built-in shelves and a very spacious built-in wardrobe.
• Kitchen & Bathroom: Both are separate rooms and are completely new. The bathroom has a modern shower enclosure with a door.
• Internet: Very fast broadband is included.
• Parking: There is a private parking space.

We can start with a 1-week trial stay to make sure we are both happy and comfortable living together. If the trial goes well, we will sign a proper lodger agreement (contract). I am also open to short-term stays.

Location:
• 4-minute walk to the beach and 700 bus.
• 11-minute walk to Worthing train station.
• Right in Central Worthing.

Price & Rules:
• £625 a month (All bills included).
• I am a very clean and organised person. I want a lodger who is also very clean, tidy, and respectful.
