You will have a double room (furnished or unfurnished) with plenty of storage (built in sliding wardrobes) to rent in a newly extended and refurbished home. We’re married and both professionals. We like working out and cooking in the evenings and often prefer an early night due to some early get ups for work. You’ll have your own bathroom and own living room. There’s a shared kitchen, another shared living room and utility room with washing machine. Off street parking is available and gardens to the front and back. Few minutes walk from the nearest bus stop which takes you to town. Supermarket, doctors/ pharmacy are within a 5 minute walk, a choice of 2 gyms/swimming pools less than a 10 minute walk and 10-15 mins walk to the new Hickory’s restaurant/ pub, Dastaan, The Foundation and Bono. Max people living in the property will be 3.
