House share in North Leeds bills included

Two person house share.

The house is in a lovely quiet neighborhood in North Leeds. It backs onto the Meanwood Valley Trail with miles of woodland to explore so would particularly suit someone into hiking, biking or running.

It has got a new kitchen, and bathroom plus living room with Garden access, entrance hall, utility rooms, bedroom with double bed and spare room with some workout equipment.

The back garden faces directly onto woodland that is rarely used, so is very private and features a 'hide' seating nook.

The rent includes council tax, water, broadband and up to £150 in bills each month. This is obviously an amazing deal for Leeds and especially the area as it's important we find the right people. Ideally we would like a couple.

We are currently working overseas and the loft has been converted into a bedroom and bathroom for us. One of us will occasionally come back to stay in the house usually for a few days at a time and we will both be there for the whole of July.

We will be returning to the UK in March/April 2026 so the contract would be ended then.
