We currently have a double room available in our large rented detached house in Alwoodley as one of our housemates is leaving us.

We are 3 males, all professional working people with busy lifestyles but also enjoy relaxing together. We all get on brilliantly and are looking for someone who is chilled and relaxed to join us.

Large kitchen with dishwasher, 2 x fridge/freezers and washing machine

Impressive garden front and rear (which is maintained by a professional gardener once a week) with large patio area, garden furniture and gas BBQ

2 bathrooms 1 with whirlpool bath and shower and the other with shower.

2 x Double security electric gates with vehicle turning circle

Rent of £495 includes all bills.

As the house is rented a contract will need to be signed with the agents
