I have a great double rooms available just off of town street. The room is available from 17th of November onwards for a minimum of 3 months. Both rooms has been freshly painted, new mattres and beautiful furniture. Room number 2 is very bright as There are windows on both walls. Also there is hudge kitchen with plenty of storage space, beautiful livingroom and a brand new modern bathroom. Fast broadband 100mb with LAN cable if required .

The house is clean and tidy with cleaning service every 2 weeks included in the rent price. Located just off major bus route, 15 minutes by bus to city center. There is Lidl, Aldi and Asda in close walk range. Also many locals shops on town street. Free parking available outside of the house.
It's 4 bedroom house and you will be sharing with 2 others. Krzysztof who loves music and long walks and Daniel (me) who loves rock climbing, traveling and good fantasty book.

All professionals so nice and quiet (no parties here as we have all grown out of that sorry but you can feel free to bring firends round for dinner)

The rent is just 360 a month ( That includes all bills, gas, electric, internet and tv, council tax and water rates).
No ridiculous fee, only 200 deposit ).

I'm looking for easy going and tidy professional or mature sutedent.
