I have 1 double room that will be available from the 1st of December on a short term basis. I would like to share with other professionals, mature students or visitors to the Leeds/Bradford area.
The house has a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. The area is fairly quite with very friendly neighbours if you are looking for a good and relaxed place to stay.
The house is also suitable for drivers as there is a parking space for 1 car and more on-street parking. There are also good links in to both Leeds and Bradford City Centres.
The house has 3 bedrooms in total and is currently occupied by myself (female) and a professional male. I am a young and easy-going professional who has lived in Leeds for more than 18 years. I am very flexible, respectful and like to keep the house clean so would like housemates who are similar in that regard.
