Short Term Let Available Immediately!!!

I have 2 spare rooms (1 double and 1 single) to let on a short term basis (up to 4 months). The house has 3 bedrooms and is currently occupied by myself and my partner who works away and comes home occasionally. I am a young and easy-going professional who has lived in Leeds for more than 15 years.

I am looking for housemate to share the space with who just needs a room for a short period while the current lockdown situation blows over. However, I am happy to consider longer lets.

I am very flexible, respectful and often like to be left to my own accord, so would like flatmates who are similar in that regard. I am a key worker but currently working from home. I am more of a homebody and just like to do my own thing. I am very clean and respectful, and would also like flatmates that are the same.

The house has a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen, but I will gladly work around any particular schedules respectfully if required to do so. The area is fairly quite with very friendly neighbours, and would be suitable for mature students, professionals or visitors that just want a good and relaxed place to live for a few months.

The area would be suitable for drivers as there is on-street parking, but if you like to walk, cycle or prefer to use public transport, there are good links in to Leeds City Centre and the Universities.

I will gladly consider couples (subject to an increased fee of £127/wk).
