1 double room in an active & music park side house

Hello, a double room will be available in this lovely and quiet park side, front to back mid-terrace home from July 1st, as I am moving out of what has been my home for 4 years.

The room is a lovely double located on the top floor. It has a double bed, wardrobe, small dresser, and a desk. New photos will be added of the room. There is also a medium-firm mattress topper on the bed that can be sold to the new housemate if wanted.

We have a large kitchen, comfortable living room, a utility room with washer & dryer, a spacious 4-piece bathroom on the mid level, as well as a 3-piece wet room on the top floor. We also have a basement for ample storage or to use as a makeshift gym, with a door that leads to our back patio space. The back of the house is south facing, so the patio gets plenty of sun all day. The front of the house is on a single-sided parking street, that is directly across from the Armley Park entrance.

We are roughly a 15-20 minute cycle or 30-45 min walk along the canal into the city centre, with ample bus routes, quick commute to the universities, and easy access out of the city.

Joey and Roger (who have been the best housemates you could ask for) are both active professionals that enjoy climbing, bouldering, mountain biking, fell running, yoga, and much more, but they also enjoy cooking, gardening, reading, and music (lots of jam sessions tend to break out).

Debs: I am pansexual and non-binary. My pronouns are she/they. I love dopamine dressing, music and dance. I can usually be found batch cooking in the kitchen or watching world cinema or horror films.

The rent is £300 per person, and utilities come out around £75-85 per person (council tax: B). An absolute steal for the house, especially with the number of amenities nearby.
