Double bedroom with your own additional private room and ensuite available in this spacious 2 person house share.

You will have private use of a large bedroom with a King size bed, a dressing room and an ensuite.

There is a large fully equipped kitchen / dining room and living room with a big tv and comfy sofas. There is also an office room with a double size desk upstairs which you are welcome to use.

It is a 10/12 minute cycle ride into town down the canal (depending on how quick you can pedal 😂) or there is a regular bus route just outside.

There are lots of local amenities including:
- leisure centre and gym (5 min walk)
- Aldi / Tesco / Morrisons all within 5 minutes drive
- a little Tesco and Wilkos 5 mins walk away
- Gotts park and the Leeds-Liverpool canal is over the road for any runners out there..

All bills are included.

The current housemate is a professional. The preferred new house mate will be a young, active professional also.

No families / tenants with children.

Tenancies are a minimum 6 months although if you were ever to need to move out earlier as long as a suitable replacement can be found at no cost to the landlord you are welcome to break the tenancy.
