The house is on “Rombalds Grove” and is next to a park and golf course, 10mins from Kirkstall Village (Vue Cinema, Virgin Gym, loads of great restaurants and bars) and is a 5 min bus ride to the city centre and Headingley. There is also a canal side walk to town (20 mins).
The house is the biggest on the street, south-westerly facing (so you get the sun for most of the day and the evening in the front garden - fantastic for summers BBQs). There is a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. The bathroom is modern with a power shower. The living-room has a TV with Freeview. The kitchen has all mod-cons, and there is a tumble dryer in the basement. Pots, pans, cutlery, etc are also provided.
The house is suitable for young professionals.
