Hiya Guys, !!

I am looking for a friendly, sociable person and housemate to share within a beautiful clean and chilled out home with Sky Q and BT Broadband 150mbps !!

I live very close to Elland Road Football Ground. Just off J1 . M621 with quick access to City Centre Plus, M1 & M62.. There are plenty of buses into the city only a ten minute ride every 10 mins. Can use park & ride option into Leeds.

Two large fields overlooking Elland Road ideal for Pet Walking and exercise., garage available if required.

I do occasionally work away from home Monday - Friday returning weekends.

I would consider myself to be friendly, easy going and sociable.

I have new 55" new TV and speakers, with BB & Sky Q Viewing. New fridge, cooker, washing machine, microwave etc. looking for a house mate to share the bills. and a bit of company.

I am out more than in so sharing should be easy and flexible. If you would require further information and/or arrange a viewing please let me know.

The deposit can be paid over the first 2 months if this helps.

References will be required.

Pets are welcome.

During the winter months, the extra costs of the gas and electric will be shared 50/50.
