**Monday to Friday let**

My name is Becky and I am 41 year old woman renting out my attic room in a warm, friendly home in Beeston in south Leeds from Monday to Friday.

The room is simply redecorated and is fully furnished (wardrobe, drawers, double bed etc) and there is an en suite bathroom with a toilet and sink.

The rest of the house is shared; shower, living room, kitchen, back yard and small spare room for guests and storage.

All bills are included except for contents insurance for the lodger.

I will be using an agency to carry out referencing checks and there will be a lodgers agreement to sign.

I am used to sharing a home and as a housemate I am clean, tidy and responsible. I am very sociable and friendly and like spending time with my housemate but I am respectful of boundaries and the need to spend time alone. I am seeking someone similar.

I work Monday to Friday office hours in a public sector role in the centre of Leeds I am currently working partly from home and partly in the office.

I have a busy life outside of work. I regularly go out with friends, exercising, to art galleries, museums, gigs and walking but I like to spend quiet evenings at home.

House rules! This is a strictly non smoking household. I am vegetarian and this is a vegetarian/vegan home. This home is anti racist and LGBT+ friendly.

I am following all Covid 19 guidance around hygiene and social distancing with visitors etc and would expect whoever moves in to follow the relevant guidance too.

Beeston is a great area of Leeds to live in. There are 3 buses that serve the centre of town and there is a bus stop at the end of my road. It is close to the motorway. There is a Co-op supermarket less than five minutes walk away and an Asda within ten minutes walk. There is also a library, post office, GP, pharmacy, corner shops, take aways, cafes and a charity shop nearby. There is a great park within five minutes walk and the community is multicultural and friendly.
