StudioFlats for Students & Pro. who needs privacy!

I have 5 renovated, compact, cosy but cheap (370-450) studio-flats with almost all bills like council(80gbp per person normally) are Included except for electric! Each studio sizes varying from small to quite big ones with separate bathroom, bedroom and living room/kitchen that is all inside You own flat so You don't share anything and can keep Your privacy. Perfect for couples or some one with small pet, which I don't mind. ;)

They are perfect for Students because they are in Beeston area which is not far from City centre and Universities with probably best bus connections in whole Leeds. Bus stop is 1 minute walk from Your house and You literally have buses every 5 minutes and ride to city centre is about 5-8 minutes depend on traffic. Walking distance is about 20min. Plenty of shops and cheap takeaways nearby as this is quite "self-sustainable" area where You'll find everything You need.

We don't take any benefits but the prices are so low that this shouldn't be any problem.

There's a nice decent size garden that can be used for BBQs.
