I am relocating to live closer to work so I am looking for someone to take over my room from the 12th October.
The place is fully furnished and has a back garden for morning coffees in the garden ☕ 😀.
There is a park nearby with outdoor sport activities. 2 parking spots on the front of the house and 1 in the back.
All bills included.
Kitchen has all appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob, oven and grill, toaster, kettle, microwave and two fridge/freezer and plenty of cupboards places.
A bathroom and a showerroom with storage spaces.
Currently the house is habited by two young professionals, so not suitable for students I'm afraid.
