We have the first floor, double room in 4 bedroom house to rent. The house is clean, tidy and only 10 min from Leeds city centre by bus, car or uber.

There is always room for car on street parking just outside the house if you need it.

Room has set of furniture, double bed with comfy mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe and share access to a bathroom with big shower tray as well as a lovely decorated lounge and spacious kitchen which is fully furnished with oven and hob, big american style fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, plenty of cupboard space.

It's a 4 bed house and you will be sharing with 3 others. All professionals, nice and quiet (no parties) but feel free to bring firends round for dinner, to relax etc.
