We are looking for someone to rent a room in our home while we are travelling. Great home only 20mins walk from Leeds train station, lots of easy bus access to the Universities. On a quiet road with on street parking. 5 minutes walk from a supermarket.
The house will be unoccupied by us, we will have our items in the second bedroom so one room is available. You will have the house to yourself!
There may be some cross over depending on when you move in/out. The house is available from end of 25th July 22 to end of December 22/beginning of January 23.
We are looking for someone to rent the house for 5 months.
Bills are not included you will need to pay council tax (House is Leeds band B), gas, electricity and water. Broadband is included in the monthly fee.
