Massive attic room 10 mins from city centre

My name is Maria and I'm a 40yr old nurse currently on maternity leave.

My housemate is wanting to move out, to move in with her partner - so we have a massive spacious attic room to fill.

The house is over 4 floors and has 3 rooms. We have a garden, large all equipped kitchen and big living room. Shower with bath and currently my son's room, is being used as a guest room (that you're more than welcome to use yourself).

I do have a 3 month year old son - can honestly say he's as good as gold and doesn't cry at night etc. The attic room has it's own door/stairs, so you would have your privacy from the rest of the house also.

We are located 2 mins from the bus stop (24) which are very regularly into town. We have a Asda and Nisa very close by with a beautiful park also very near.

The landlord may want you to go on the contract (will clarify with him ASAP, he's super lovely) but it's a rolling contract now - so you would just need to give a months notice if you wanted to move out.
