Spacious Modern Double Bed - Furnished + bills inc

We are a couple living in Beeston, both working in the hospitality industry. I bought this house a year ago and we have more than enough space for the two of us! It is a 3 bed/1 bath house with a front and rear garden, on street parking and super close to convenience shops and supermarkets (Aldi 0.5 miles and Asda 0.8 miles away) with bus links (2, 3, 3A) to town (we are 30 seconds from bus stop!) and right next to Cross Flatts park which is lovely in the sunshine

The double bedroom is on the top floor, furnished with a bed, mattress, bedside table, chest of drawers, clothes rail and mirror - we are open to storing items if someone choose to bring their own furniture, and we are also open to supplying additional furniture if needed for the right person. All bills are included (wifi, gas, electric, water, council tax).

Shared rooms include:
Kitchen/dining area which is fully kitted out with appliances, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave etc
Living room including use of TV (no cable, but we have a smart TV)
Bathroom with bath and shower
Garden with seating

We also have a cat called Velma who is very sweet and affectionate so a cat lover would be ideal! We are looking for a young professional who is friendly and tidy.
