The area in well-connected via buses 74, 86, 9, 12, 13 and 13A (~ 20 minutes to city center). The bus stop is 5 minute walk from the house and there is option for parking on street outside the house.
The house is very clean and will always be clean and tidy. The house has two gardens with lots of space.
About the lodger:
A single person who works or do post grad studies full-time. This house is not a party house at all.
Good hygiene practices are essential! So please help to keep the house clean; no smoking and no alcohol inside the house allowed. Also no pets please.
For health, safet and security reasons guest are NOT allowed.
The rent (£65 per week) includes taxes but it does not include bills (gas, electricity or water). Security deposit is £300.
