I am a live in landlord, I live in the property and my sister stays some nights but isn't ever in during the day. I have another lodger who lives in one of the attic rooms. I work Monday to Friday but at the moment spend some nights working away. I have dog, Mia she is a cocker spaniel and she is very friendly and loving.
We are clean and tidy and we like to keep a clean and tidy house. There will be a cleaning rota - just basic stuff nothing too strenuous but it just means that we all do our part and can live in a nice environment. I don't really drink much and am not very loud so I would describe this house as a peaceful one.
The house is a four bed house and I am currently only using 3 rooms so the fourth is up for rent. The available bedroom is in the attic.
There is a shared shower room and a shared living room and
kitchen. I am happy to share all kitchen things etc as long as it's looked after when used.
You would need to be a dog lover to apply and if you are a dog lover, I would consider lowering the rent if you were able to help look after Mia during weekdays. If you're interested get in touch and we can discuss that further.
There is lots of on-street parking available and I live about 7 minutes walk from Bingley train station so the flat is good for people who want to commute to Leeds, Bradford, Keighley, Skipton etc.
We would consider smokers but
only if you didn't smoke in the house as it is a strictly non-smoking house hold.
