Living room

The house is in a lovely spot in Bingley. A 5 minute walk from the train station, and only a 20 minute journey from Leeds.

This ad is for a 50/50 split on the house - shared living room, kitchen, bathroom etc. And each of us have our own bedroom. There is a garden at the back of the property. And a small yard at the front.

I am a very chilled, laid back character, funny sense of humour, I enjoy tv series and documentaries. Currently living on my own as my old housemate has moved away. (The two pieces of furniture in the spare bedroom have now been removed, and it is now completely empty)

I'm quite tidy, so the house generally looks neat, I have an interest in music, I'd like to think I've got a keen eye for a photo, and I like arty / quirky things. This applies in decor / furniture and also clothing. Though as the property is rented and I'm a tenant, I've not reallly been able to put that touch on the place.

Very open minded as to who would move in with me, I like meeting new people and having new conversations.

£400 per month would cover £275 for rent, tax, water and electricity bills, Sky (including movie, sport channels and BT Sport), and wifi.
