Prefer Quiet professional female . either Monday to Friday or all week . Less than 1 mile walk into town and dean clough . Parking for one car off road . Garden etc . I am director of small company nearby . There are two bathrooms ,one with shower . Large utility room . possible front room share but bedrooms are big and will have tv and will fit sofa and bed . Bills and Wi-Fi included . Nice semi rural position above the road .
