The Room
We have a good sized empty bedroom (with en-suite) in our apartment, and we are looking for a flatmate. We are four males. We are all quiet, clean and respectful, and we are looking for someone similar for the empty bedroom.

Bathroom
The en-suite bathroom is in excellent condition, with a nice powerful showers!

Kitchen
Our kitchen is shared between four other rooms. We keep it neat and tidy at all times. For example, dishes are never left out overnight, and we clean up immediately after cooking.

Security Contact
The Grand Mill has recently employed an on-site security contact, who can be phoned 24/7 in the event of anti-social behaviour, or any other concerns.

Electronic Fob Locks
Living in shared accommodation sometimes comes with security risks, as door entry codes can be shared with non-residents/duplicate keys cut. This is no longer a risk at The Grand Mill, as all entry codes have been deactivated, and all residents given a single electronic fob, which is required to enter both the building, and the individual area of the building in which they live. In the event of loss, these fobs are deactivated immediately.

Rent Includes
Included in the rent, is fast WiFi, weekly cleaners, electricity, heating and water.

Other Bills
The only other bill is council tax, which is around £70 a month.

Bradford City Centre is only a five minute walk away.
Bradford University is a twenty minute walk away.
